    trying taking about 15 to 30 seconds to raise the weight and vice versa

    Also the #1 mass builder for the biceps is not the curl, its the reverse grip chinup and reverse grip lat pulldown

                    doing barbell curls now. 45 lbs (just the bar) for 2.5 reps today

                    I use this as my inspiration.

                      I like to use terrible form. It's the best way to get in the most reps. Generally, i will rep 20 lbs. hundreds of times using the worst form i can come up with.

                                      I get into the pushups too; great way to get ripped. Also, much like Chi-Archie I use refrigerator magnets to add a little weight resistance. I just flip them over my head onto my back when I'm flat on the floor.
