From CBS Ken Berger: Blake Griffin and the Clippers have formally agreed on his five-year, approximately $95 million deal, league sources say.

It was mostly a foregone conclusion, but Griffin and the Clippers didn't finalize details on the super-max deal until this morning.

It was their bench that saved them ironically enough despite them being terrible in the regular season. Bledsoe, williams, martin,young and even reggie evans. griffin could hardly get back on defense and spent most of the time staring at refs on the floor for the foul. it was embarrassing to watch.

He may be just a "crowdpleaser" or "dunker" now but he has all the potential in the world. He is still very raw but is improving every year.

Watch out, because when he develops his footwork and adds a repertoire of post moves he'll be nearly unstoppable.

I don't think he played all that bad in the playoffs. He actually impressed me a bit. I've never been very big on Griffin, but I thought he played very well for going up against Zbo/Gasol/Duncan. He averaged about 20 ppg and 7 rpg in the playoffs. Not bad for your first stint. And this was with an ailing CP3. As CP3 goes, so does Blake.

Other than needing to improve his post game, he needs to become a better rebounder. With his size and athleticism, there is no reason for him not to average at least 10 rebounds each season.

Blake Griffin is neither overrated or underrated.
How can a man who averages a double / double a game be overrated? (20.7 /10.9) Third most double / doubles in the NBA last season.
Only three other power forwards averaged more assists per game than Griffin.
He was fifth in the NBA in overall efficiency. Value rating of 23.01, only CP, James, Durant and Bynun was more efficient.

He is what he is, a very good power forward.
