And lol @ 300 pounds....that pulley system allows for that old ass tricep press down portion of that machine to be "stacked" easily. Dude, I put dumbells on wedged on top of machines like that to get enough weight to do reps.
I bet you cannot even take an EZ curl bar (15 lbs) and 2 wagon wheels and do skull crushers.
Your form on that tricep press down is terri bad. You need to think more and treat your fuking elbow like a god damn hinge you cheating fuk.
My god I thought you were legit but you ain't shit. If you are gonna take the time to make a video at least do the exercise properly. Drop the weight down sally...you are working front delts LMAO instead of triceps.Comment -

I hate the fuckers that want to impress everyone at the gym and drop their ******* weights when they finish a set. When they are free weights and you are around you have to watch out so the ******* dumbell doesn't crush your foot because the fuckers bounce around.
