Sorry, new here. It's a huge hassle here for the $$transfer options, and most of the top-rated books (greek, betonline, betjamaica, etc.) I joined and subsequently attempted to deposit via cc got rejected by my bank. I'm guessing this is common, is there any reputable book where I might not have this problem?
