This is an endurance, timing, and technique contest. Remember, Bobby Abreu hit 24 homers in a 10 out time frame. It's not about whose the strongest like Hamilton, Big Papi, Fielder, etc. it's about who has a nice stroke. Cano fits that mold. Could Beltran? It's a possibility. I just see a guy that paces himself winning. Will Trumbo pace himself? I don't know. Lot's of factors come into play. Beltran used to play for KC. consistent smooth swing is what matters most, as well as park, but this year that probably doesn't matter

there seems to be a strong trend toward lefties doing well in general, so that may be a strike against trumbo, but he won the HR derby in double A a few years ago, so that makes me think HR derbies could be his "thing", so i backed him this year
