Don't know anything about doubles should we load up on A.Hlavackova/L.Hradecka +335 against the sisters? Venus has to be tired and on an emotional high? Let down? I dunno... does she really care about doubles she just won wimbledon.

Typical WTA ... Too many of those 6-1, 6-2 set results. It's dangerous to cap women's tennis beyond the moneyline.

She cares about the doubles. Don't worry about fatigue with Serena. If you like Hlavackova/Hradecka then go for it but don't fade Serena purely based on her playing today.

Radwanska will soon be number 1 and win a Slam. But it's kind of a big ask to have her beat Serena at Wimbledon when she's sick and it's her first time in the Final. This is her first full year where everything has worked for her so I don't think many are surprised she lost today but she'll win it soon enough.

Serena has to play perfect sets to bear her and earned most points

Get your head out of your ass JJ. Hard courts favor Serena just as much. Any fast that aids her serve is a massive advantage to Serena.

Going big and against Serena with a first time Slam Finalist is not wise.

Congrats to radwanska for making it a match. I didnt even watch the damn match after the first set and didnt even dvr the match. I went to the gym, I thought it was over afte rthat first set. Bad mistake in tennis, sounds like I missed a good match. So Serena just had nerves serving to end the second set? Its really hard getting a feel for a match from just looking at stats and the write ups havent been very detailed.

It wasn't really that exciting to be honest. After the rain delay there was a bad call when she was serving up 4-3 in the 2nd I think. Her serve was called out but it was in by a long way. Even Aggie shook her head wondering how they called that wrong. She challenged but she was pissed off after that. She had been rushing to the net and smashing without letting the ball bounce and that was winning her a lot of points but after that bad call she was allowing it to bounce giving Aggie time to get back in position. She started to miss some first serves and make errors and Aggie didn't even have to do that much although she did step up her play too. Serena was hitting it into the net and missing lines which she hadn't been doing before. Third set wasn't that great. Aggie was down 15-40 in the 3rd at 2-1 but held. But then Serena had a 49 second service game with 4 aces and you kind of sensed it was over. She screamed out something like "move forward" and started to rush the net again, smashing without letting the ball hit the ground. Breaks Aggie the next game to go up 3-2 and then again to 5-2. Serves it out.

Good job Shari. Thanks! When are you going to start writing more, you should be like that Irish lass they had at sbrtv. Sort of a eurosport announcer , sbrshari would be a great brand ambassador for sbr. Sort of like like bodog becky. I will be expecting daily analysis of matches each day during the olympics, Starting with Synchronized swimming, Speedwalking, and Synchronized diving play by plays. Race walking is an olympic sport Shari. Race walking.
