I think the 8 am pacific start time v. the Nationals is a nightmare situation for the Giants. Think about it:
The Giants are coming off a long homestand so their bodies are completely adjusted to pacific time. In the first game on their road trip, they played a night game that started at 4 pm pacific time last night and now they have to start this game at 8 am pacific time?
There's no way their bodies will be adjusted. Now, is this enough of an angle to make a play? This angle is probably not gonna affect Bumgarner so would you call this information significant for handicapping purposes or not?
I see several potential ways to play this angle: Giants team total under, Nationals team total over, Nationals score first, first half under, second half total over, Nationals first half, Nationals second half, Nationals for the game
