Why would Wallace come off the bench? JJohnson plays the 2 and Wallace plays the 3.

Wallace isn't a true 3. He's more of a 4 actually. Gerald Wallace would never come off the bench for a scrub like Humphries.

If you want to go big though you can put him at the 3. He's a good defender.

Im surprised NJ did do bad looking at their roster. Humphries and Lopez aren't really scrubs. Phoenix was 500 with pretty much just Nash.

NBA will face contraction in a few years with all the collusion going on. You are going to have 4-6 super teams and 24 teams with no shot. Attendance will plummet around the league.

Kris Humphries is underrated and Marshon Brooks looked solid his rookie year. Plus Brooke Lopez and four first rounders?!?

Joe Johnson is not a big anything

at this point he is a tiny step above a role player

guy is as soft as fukkin charmin

no chance to compete with the miamis and chicagos with that team

will definitely help in the buzz department with the move to brooklyn

will not translate to anything more than that

Joe Johnson will be decent if they get Dwight Howard. Johnson isn't a great first option, but if surrounded by better players, I think he'll be pretty good. He still has a horrific contract, though.

New Jersey also just pulled off a trade for Reggie Evans. As a Clippers fan, I'm sorry to see him go. The guy hustles hard, reminds me of Rodman.

Definitely agree with you. Id much rather have a Shane Battier or Jason Terry contract as my outside shooter with above average playmaking/creating abilities. Which is why I wasn't very high on Beal as a top 3 pick this year. You get your playmakers and build around their ability to create and then surround them with shooters with whatever salary you have left.

its true...12 man roster...you only really need 3 really good players to win in that league.....constructing a roster is nothing like doing it in the nfl or mlb.....and the top guys will all call the shots and gravitate towards each other....been saying what you said for a little while now
