Padres over/under 4?

Cahill has dominated the Padres with a .6 ERA in two starts. The Padres have scored over 3 runs in only 4 of their last 14 games. How can under 4 be available at -110? I got scared off when things seem too easy like this.

No comment on the play, but it is at 4 b/c Cahill can't pitch well at home.

Sharp post, it could still push but I guess Cahill's curse of pitching at home finally got to him.
