If I'm watching on gameday and it is a huge bet I will stare at the 'IN play...' words and then cover up the rest with my hands and pray it says 'out(s)' instead of 'run(s)' because I'm always on unders anyway.

PWAD I basically do the same thing pal. I wait for the fuckn blue ball to come out and hope to god it says out. However, I do get pissed when I bet on an occassional over and look at the field view and it looks like the dude hit it 40 ft past the field but still got an out somehow

Everything that's been mentioned, if I'm taking a team in football I try not to watch the opponent on offense. Baseball I check every 30 minutes, usually via boxscore. Gameday I've only watched for TTs and GTs for baseball, always looking for that red or blue pitch.
