#4Fed -4 means that he needs to win by 5 games for the bet to cash. If he wins by exactly 4, it's a push. So if it's 62, 62 Federer, he's won by 8 and it's an easy winner.
If it's 64 76, you lose. Careful with those as they can be tricky, better to bet Moneylines or even sets.Comment -
