Red Sox TT over 4 today.
granted Vargas has been good at home..he is a garbage pitcher that uses smoke and mirrors. over his last 3 starts his ERA is close to 8 with a 1.74 WHIP. His last 3 starts at home hes given up 11 earned runs and 22 hits.

over last 10 games Boston is hitting .283 against LHP OBP of .343 and averaging 7.11 runs per 9.

Friday Boston got shutdown by Hernandez, can happen to any team. Last night they face 7 pitchers. They have 3 rookie players starting. Sometime the hardest thing to do is see a new pitcher every at bat. You need to get a feel for them....lots of these guys never faced the pitchers they saw last night. M's bullpen used Furbush for 2+ and closer Wilhelmsen 2+....theyre out for today. Since Youke stade, Middlebrooks has been pressing. He's seen Varges before and expect big game from him. Gonzalas has multi hit games in 5 of last 8 and hits Vargas.

Look for boston to get out fast, comfortable win and runs being scored by both teams
