ATTN coach TTWarrior,

dusted the jav off for the first time in years boyzz. Personal best of 176 feet with college Jav my senior year.

Goal for today was 120-130. Set the SBR OLYMPIC TEAM Standard at 100 feet even or 33.3 paces. Insult to injury the nice dark man I had film me, totally clowned me on my OWN video....

I came up just a bit short...shed some tears, and i'm back in training


I will try again tomorrow.

side note: ACL I bet I can only throw a football 20-25 yards now based on this poor showing
