all depends on how much money you have in the bank

if you're sitting on $100k then the prospect of losing $5k isn't all that scary

just the airfare/rental car/hotel costs $1000+ to vegas since mrs milwaukee tags along so the thought is, "do i want a chance to be ahead including that" or "do i not want to waste more than 2k or so in total"

i have placed 3k bets in vegas some trips, others i don't gamble at all other than the poker tables
