College Football betting is going to be fun again...
Bill Hancock was just on Yahoo Sports Radio...

Here's the gameplan for the 2014 playoff season.

3 games on New Year's Eve.

Starting times, 1---4:30-----8, with one of the games being the first semi-final

3 games on New Year's Day.

Starting times, 1---4:30-----8, with the other semi-final.

Imagine how crazy fun betting on those games will be over a 2-day period? Good times.

A normal college football Saturday is more fun IMO. Excited either way.

Just made my first college football wager last night, on 5dimes game of the year lines. Took UNLV +17.5 at home on Friday night against Washington State. It felt like I was filling out my Christmas wish list to Santa.

That is gonna be beyond awesome!

One of the things I missed the most from when I was a kid was the absence of bowl games played on New Years Eve & New Years Day.

This, along with the fact that I hate going out in NYE, will make me one very happy degenerate!

That's a good bet. UNLV usually plays with a different mojo during night games. They have been down lately but thats because Houck is a no nonsense guy who is just trying to weed out all the softies from the program right now that Sanford put up with.

Isn't UNLV playing Minnesota for the first game? August 30 2012?

Goldie, every loan has been paid off----even some stupid bet with Bet Master where I was generous.

I owe you a punch in the neck for that comment.

Does anyone know if Northwestern is supposed to be any good? I fear they will suck as they lost that scrambling QB.

Actually they should be pretty decent. Persa's replacement is a kid named Kain Colter. He is Northwestern's best runner----he is an incredible athlete playing QB.

Their achilles is their secondary. I would bet on them being bowl eligible, maybe pull off an upset or two--about the same as last year. They won't challenge for the Big 10 title, but they won't be in the cellar either.

Never been to their field.... I am considering just hopping on the Northwestern bandwagon. After all of this shit has come out about Joe Pa... hard to stay a PSU fan. Hope they can win a bowl game for once, their bowl drought is long documented and somewhat Cub-like.
