I filled out the SBR Sportsbook Complaint form 6 days ago but have not heard anything back. I tried to e-mail SBR but can't seem to get an answer. I would like to know who is handing my complaint please. I am having trouble sleeping because I am so upset with how the book is handling this so I would like some assistance soon please. I realize SBR is very busy with many complaints but I would just like to know who is handling my complaint and when they might be able to contact the book. I don't want to mention details about the complaint here until SBR has a chance to contact the book and resolve it.
I have been unsuccessful trying to resolve this myself but SBR has much more power and I am confident if SBR got involved it could be resolved. Thanks.
