Giants (Vogelsong) +100

Athletics (Blackley) +105
Mariners (Vargas) -115

The Mariners are playing shit baseball right now and are on a 23 inning scoreless streak. Vargas has been getting lit up lately. Considering the A's

What do people know about this Blackley kid? It looks like he's thrown a couple nice ballgames in a row now. Why wouldn't he be able to shut down the Mariners?

The under looks good in both games IMO. Like you said Mariners never score and have currently gone 23 straight innings without scoring a run. Vargas can be pretty solid when he's on and it looks like this Blackley guy has been throwing well.
