Don't make a new 5D account or they'll close it. Just log into the current one you have and add your info back in.

i got flagged,in 2007 taking a ** from justbet,and the there sender got me flagged and they would not release my funds and justbet could not retreve there funds and said they were lost for good so the best they could do for me was put the money back into my just bet account with 90 day hold and 10 time roll over,i never used that book again.

what's the angle here? you want fast payouts, using a fake name, and using gift cards/cc to deposit. sounds to me like you're trying to pull something otherwise why are you so concerned about getting the fastest payout (before they realize you scammed them perhaps)...
