it is quite common that their lines people set all their tennis matches at 5 am est because they don't want to find out what times the matches start. Then there is no one there till nine est. When people come in at 9 they start putting items back on the board that are still there. This happens a few days a week there, but it always happens on sundays going into mondays because they close out their week. Its very frustrating at times, but nothing you can do.

Guys if your playing sports like tennis/golf and soccer you need a world book like Bookmaker that has the work force to do it

Emailed Jon about this last wk still have yet to hear back he promised cross sport parlay when tennis is available u can't even perky more than three high favs wtf not bashing love the way they run things just disappointed in the options or lack off with tennis hopefully they can expand on it shortly great Cs and always willing to work with u

i went back to heritage after losing that 500 bucks in the horse race. I am glad actually since they are not putting up lines for wimbledon until late. Its the funnest time of year to bet parlays.

I really think things like this need to be considered in the rating. They pay and that is essential but when a book does lazy things like leave all the matches to go off at 5am Eastern, you really have to consider how much energy the manager puts into this operation.

cost me a shit ton of money too during the french open when the line on a game was wrong so i couldnt bet it and obviously no ones on live chat @ 5 am....was very frustrating.
