I was sweating over Anderson pulling out a set as that was the only chalk I laid today but thankfully he pulled it off in the tiebreaker to cash that bet for me. Oprandi won, Andujar who the f knows, Rosol up a set, Cepelova going to 3, lost Robson and Kunitsyn. Going to bed after this Andujar mess though. Can't stay up all night waiting for these people to stop farting around.

Tsonga was a very brave call imo. I wouldn't have taken that because I just can never fade Hewitt 100%. Even if I know he's going to lose I'm not at the point where I can ever fully count him out for at least a set so great job on that one!

As far as the whole world on a pick... I really wish when I was hardcore compiling stats about line movement, how injuries or big wins the match or week before affect performance, etc before my son was born that I figured out a way to quantify the majority of people of across several online places all backing the same dog. It just doesn't seem to work out well that often.

I remember thinking about Giorgi yesterday that I was happy I saw no one else backing her because it reinforced to me I should listen to my numbers whereas with Andju I said before the match started that I felt quite uneasy because of how many people thought he had 'value'. During a Slam if I see people who normally never bet tennis except for 4 times a year all start to pile on a player I basically assume that bet is dead. That being said, he did have his chances but truly those bets very rarely pay.

Thanks, was gonna say something in the lines of cant start the day without your morning coffee and then recalled your location, but a cup in the evening isnt all wrong either.

Wasnt too fond of todays matches either so going lightly, but added Janowicz +135 and Stephens +140 for the fun of it. Gulbis played lights out vs Berdych though so we'll see how that goes.

Decided to cut my units back for today so I don't give back all of my profit from the first two days.

Have made more bets than I expected to but figure today will just be my fun day so am prepared to take a loss: Janowicz, Chardy, Rufin, Lino, Pironkova +6.5, Vesnina, Malisse, Hampton, MJMS +5.5, Malisse, Zemlja.

After looking around it seems a lot of people like Janowicz so same goes as with Andujar last night - I expect this one to be a dud.

Goffin -3 for me too, this guy can go places once he reaches his full potential. And I put in a small bet on Karlovic as well. I'd be surprised if Murray reaches the quarters with this draw plus I just don't like him as a person so I'll probably be fading him until he's out.

well if i risk 575 on nadal i can only make $85-10 loss = $75

if i go for 300 nadal its to win $45.. so is 35-75$ worth throwing away my position in a 5th and final set with +5750 odds?.. that is what im wondering.. i mean worse case i lose $10.. I realize nadal is better than -800 in a final set against this no namer.. but this guy has played above the world so far and if nadal chokes this guy will capitalize..

im still unsure bout what I will do.. or how much time I have to decide..

thx for knocking my senses in me to keep a +5750 bet alive shari.

nadal was not on his game in that final set and that dude had some unreal shots.. I could have gotten nadal @ -102 and +330 at some pts in that set live and chose to ride it out cuz dude was up a break. if nadal would have tied it I would have definitely hedged... but i had a nice advantage.
