I remember this the guy was hitting volleyballs in excess of 80 mph. He was too fired up and forgot about landing correctly.

no.... first warm u drill hit, in front of strangers. hit it into net and almost broke my foot of my ankle....very embarrassing. Steve is only volleyball savant here

Happened to me once in tourney we were undefeated in our pool 6-0 and 7th game out of 8 this assbag swings on me and puts his foot under the net, I'm blocking I land on it boom nasty twisted ankle. Nowhere near as bad as your sprain but had to play the playoffs on it; kept setting my partner on 2 but only lasted a couple of rounds people adjust to that chit.
