interesting problem with bet islands deposit

This complaint is valid. They did that to me as well.they assured me I could send to same person just to have it flagged.

I was lucky though ** computer said REFUND customers money! So that saved me tiime and a hassle. Plus I was able to recover fee too.

had this happen to me twice.. first time was on the **/** end and they gave me a refund, second time the book messed up the name and they gave me a refund. sent it to different names after that though.. so its BS that they wont do it for you.

something is definitely going on lately because i have also had a couple transactions w u transactions held up for longer than usual

first time 5d told me they couldn't retrieve the money. i spelled something wrong.

called up w u and everything was spelled correctly. called back 5d and they tried to get it again. and couldn't.

then they tried a 3rd time and were able to get

samething happened to me there a month ago. I was told my grams it was the receiver. After bitching to bi I called grammie the next day and it was me, not bi.

had a problem with a ** deposit this morning.

called betislands with reference number, checked my account 30 mins later to see if money was in my account.

nothing there, so went on live chat and was told the transaction was on hold and that I needed to contact **.

called ** to see why there was a problem, and they told me there was something wrong on their end. Told me I couldn't send money to that particular person. No Joke. I started getting nervous when they were asking me who this person was and how I knew that guy.

I got my money back quickly, but don't know what the deal is with betislands.

I did a w u to 5dimes and for some reason it was "held up" I did it at 7pm and the receiver closed at 9pm it was held up then couldn't get the money into account till 8am??

This has happended to me but never with betislands. I've used a few books and it happened at almost every book. These books use processors, sometimes the processors get a bad name that are blacklisted or something like that. They always let you cancel but most of the time its a pain in the neck. You have to pretend the receiver is a friend that you know. One time they asked me what the receivers hair color was and how old they were! Basically if you deposit enough your gonna have these problems once in a while. Also i got a payout from betislands today, it was ready to receive less then an hour after I requested it!
