Sports betting spreadsheet

I see guy like roxxy and jj have these spreadsheets that show what they have put on games. Are these actual bet sheets or are they just to keep an accurate record? And if they are just a tool of the trade does anyone know how i can get on?

everyone cheats on their spreadsheet excep JJ. Brahamabull cheats the most.
