Troy is the better team by far

But...there starting QB got hurt last week against FAU

I will say that their Backup QB is probably a little faster than the starter at Troy, so he will be able to run effectively but I don't think his arm is nearly as good as the Troy starter.

8 points is a lot to lay in this conference. I would lean Troy but probably a no play for me.

Thanks guys, a friend had an oppurtunity for a no juice bet on this game, and both of these teams are off my radar. I will pass on your opinions.

I'm the minority and perhaps the lone supporter but I actually like FIU in the game. Certainly to cover the spread and potentially to get the outright win.

wow just -8? Florida Atlantic is WORLDS ahead of Florida Int. when it comes to football iirc. Troy demolished Florida Atlantic on the road last week so I'd take Troy -8 if I had to pick

Where do you get that FAU is WORLDS ahead of FIU?????

This game is being played this Saturday......Not any Saturdays from past years. FIU is 3-3 this year with their 3 losses against Kansas Iowa and South Florida.

FAU is on the other hand 1-5. Their loan win was against a HORRIBLE UAB team. And they lost to Midd. Tenn. St.

I disagree. Just because their losses were to OK teams doesn't mean they dont mean anything. This is an extremely poor 1A team and while I probably wouldnt go so far as "worlds" different, I do believe FAU is the better team.
