Not vouching for its accuracy, but probably pretty close. As published in 'how to win the pick 6' by Steven Kolb, who swears by a 30-30-40 rule: morning line favorites win 30% of races, horses at odds of 9-2 or lower (excluding the favorites) win another 30% of races, and 40% of winners are 5-1 or better.
