If Nash signs for vet min with Miami it's hands down game over, championship for sure...Nash is a beast, he's been top 3 in assists since the 03-04 season and mostly 1st or 2nd. Even at his age he was 2nd last year to rondo. He made some random polish guy named Gortat look like a top 3 big man (check out the fg%)

Anyway just my thoughts, who knows what really happens and obviously nothing is ever really guaranteed...

As for Miami, Howard is off the books, so is Ilgauskas, House, Curry, Pittman, Turiaf, Butler, Hasbrouk, Harris, and Gladness. And they're at 78.5 mil for next season. So there is no way they are bringing in anyone but the vets minimum and MLE. I guess they could try to move Cole and Miller for someone making about 8 Million but Miller will be fortunate to finish the contract he's on.

I didn't know Big Z, House, Butler, Hasbrouk, Harris and Gladness were on the team. I for sure thought Big Z retired.
