HYPOTHETICAL: How would a book handle this?
In the SBR Handicap Contest I took the Brewers ML, Brewers RL, and Brewers/Blue Jays UNDER tonight, but didn't make these bets for money in an actual book. I made these picks early this morning before Shaun Marcum was scratched and they called up some no name from AAA to take his place.

Hypothetically in a Las Vegas book, would any of my wagers be voided because the starting pitcher changed? Would I still have the option myself to void these wagers and get my money back?

Correct, run line and total are refunds. With Money Line, you get refund if you bet "listed". If you bet "action", you have action with price adjusted to opening line after pitching change.
