I remember when he didnt pan out in Texas
Started career as normal pitcher, didnt do too good, tried to become knuckleballer
Early in his knuckleball career with Texas he gave up 7 runs I think without getting an out against the Tigers in 2006, 2 HR to Chris Shelton, released the next day
Chris Shelton owed his hot start to RA Dickey
Glad to see he turned it around though

Dickey, Santana....Mets one more quality starter away from making it in as a wild card team this year. Neiuwenhues, Duda, Wright, Ike and Daniel Murphy will lead the way with offense.

He is going to be the NL starter. No one comes close to him.

Dickey needs two more starts of elite pitching then I take it to get that record.

I doubt it, 2.72 FIP, 2.70 xFIP. 2.6 WAR, plus the fact that he's a knuckleballer that doesn't put much stress on the arm, he should finish with GREAT numbers. He is no Lance Lynn.

Take out 1 horrendous start and his era may be under 1.

How bout NL all star game start Dickey and get all the hitters screwed up and then follow with Strasburg at 98 mph.
