Attendance is up this year over 7%, more parity means more teams in contention and better ticket sales. Texas, Boston, St Louis, the Phillies ,Giants and even really bad teams like the Cubs still put them in the seats. Oakland, Seattle,Toronto, and Cleveland are struggling but this has been a great year for baseball attendance especially in an economy like this.
