There is one tout who constantly spams the ESPN.com conversation boards with his service, I have seen him spam constantly for the past 6 months or so and has probably made over 1000 usernames to spam with.

Yep, just go to any ESPN conversation and you'll see him. I actually haven't seen him pop up in the past couple of weeks, so maybe he either got the hint that his spamming was detrimental or they finally IP banned him

The problem is I've banned each of this guy's IPs but he just keeps changing them. He was just back again a minute ago but thankfully he only got 2 posts in. Surely he'll give up soon.

Each IP he's used was banned as soon as each account was busted. But it's pretty simple to change your IP. He's been quiet for about an hour now so hopefully he's given up.
