this is true, but unfortunately sometimes we don't think rationally, especially in our teen years and early 20s.

But at the risk of sounding cliche', I'll say this for the upside: I've never enjoyed anything quite as much as I've enjoyed being a dad. My daughter is the one and only true love of my life. And I wouldn't trade the experience for anything in the world.

My 14 year old son woke me up at 5:30 morning because he made me breakfast. Eggs, french toast, and sausage. God, I love that kid. He has a heart of gold.

huge jerkoff here...daughter 10 and son almost 4...all day at work i miss them and can't wait to see them at night...have been fortunate to stay busy through the economic down turn...and mentally the weed helps.
