Cleveland Indians with Johnny Damon guy sucks and tampa bay rays with Hidicko Matsui these guys are too old bring someone up from the minors plus wasting money

read up on the rules, pertaining to minor league players and options. 40 man roster stuff.

its cheaper and makes more "cents" to sometimes just get "fillers" rather than use the young kids too soon.

lotta strategy and sometimes its just the gm's being cheap fuks.
