Can anyone really win at casino gambling?

Couple of posts here about guys loosing their a*s.

I don't think it's posable to win over time, I used to play craps a lot. But i would win once out of 3 times and that was betting with odds and come bets only. The thing is casino's never payout the true odds. For example if you roll a 8 well the pay out is not true odds.

Same thing on blackjack, roulette etc.. It's all good fun but the vig is too high to actually brake even.

Live poker is the only consistent way to win in a casino. I guess sports betting too, I wouldn't know.

Card counting can work in the long term but there is too much heat on you, early shuffles, smoke, drunk idiots, etc. for it to be +ev overall.

Used to be video poker opportunities but they're pretty much dried up now.

There are moves you can put on the casino or other players to make money but the life of a hustler is hard.

basically if you want to make money long term gambling you are stuck with sports, poker, and a handful of casino games where you might have a small edge if you play a certain way in certain situations. I am also told betting horses can be profitable but i have no idea how that works personally.

Horses and Sports seem to be the way to go longterm, personally I look at casino games as entertainment value and not betting value.

Well odds or no odds something always gets you, either drinks, more gambling or something. For me I stay away these days and spend my time at the sports book or poker room.
