There will most definitely be a winner, you don't need to get all 4 correct but if you have the side correct, and are closer than everyone else on the tiebreaker(s) then you win.

So if we both have Giants -9 right, we go to who is closer on the first tiebreaker, etc etc. With so many people picking the same total numbers it comes down to the tiebreakers a lot of times..

so it's whoever gets the side right , and then the 2nd prop is the 1st tiebreaker, and if there is still a tie it goes to the next prop for the tiebreaker and so on?
what if by some chance someone guessed 2 of the props dead on, and was like 1-2 off on another , but got the side wrong. That would make then have 2 right and the closest for the 3rd prop, but from what i'm understanding you have to at least get the first prop for the side/spread right or your other guesses don't count.

Wrong, gummo gets it. It is not how close you were on all of them, it is who gets the game right and then who is the closest on the total. The total yards, and penalties only count if there were 2 entries on Clev and 49 points total, but since there only was one that had exactly 49 then that is the winner.
