Roulette with one cero has like a 2.5% edge only. If you are betting fights with -500 and +400 to the fav. Then the house edge of the sport book is like a 20%. For -110 is a 5%.

I would say that for someone who doesnt know how to bet in sports roulette with one cero is a better option. Craps could give you even better options.
