i recieved my wire from bookmaker today, it was for 15k, my bank account says there was 14,935 put in, and my bank charged an $18 fee...am i able to get reimbursed for the fee? and get the $65 bucks they shorted me for?

thats what im getting at, i gotta lose 4% of what im taking out, plus the small fee my bank charges, plus the $30 transaction fees on 1k deposits using my CC, that shit adds up, i want it back.
