domino's gift card

ordered the domino's gift card in SBR store the other day.

Want to use it tonight, but I need a PIN number.

Anybody else have a problem with this before?

There was no link in the email.

Sam didn't email me the actual ecard or a link to anything. All he gave me was the card number, but no PIN.
