The reason why the CFL stinks...

...is because they don't even take themselves seriously. I'm not a huge CFL fan, but I do appreciate the differences between our version of gridiron and theirs. Today is Thanksgiving Day in Canada and they had a couple good matchups so I made some mini-bets and expected to follow along on their live scoring.

The big problem is that they don't have enough bandwidth to even keep me updated on their Live Scoring page. Altitude stopped covering the CFL this year, and this bandwidth issue may be the final straw for me with this league.

Anyone else here getting fed up with the state of Canadian foots?

after 6 weeks in its hard to find value in a cfl season with only 8 teams

I wanted to get into some CFL capping a few months back so I went to their home page to nab historical results, but, alas, they didn't even have an archive of any sort...

i believe the CFL is better than ever, both betting wise and for entertaining football. Of course if you aren't in Canada it is hard to keep up with everything, but here in Canada all the games are on TV so it's just like any other sport.

True, im some cases (god forgive me for this) I like the CFL better than NFL...

Now dont get me wrong, I would die without NFL action, but some of the CFL rules make more sense and add more excitement to the game...

1) I like how receivers get a running start off the line, this increases scoring and just offensive production

2) The clock stops late in halves so you cant "take a knee" (which I fkn HATE) only pussies take a knee

3) Endzones are bigger, I like that

But I dont like the 1 pt scores or the 3 downs.

Hamilton just needs to take this drive in for the score, plenty of time, just not much incentive. How sad is it though, that I've bet on a game between an American brand of French cheese and a team that needs to remind people that tigers are in the cat family. ::facepalms::
