        Short story: Wanting to make a withdrawl. I have used several methods of depositing. I think...though it's hard to know, $250 has to go back onto a certain method that I used, before I can withdrawl using my favorite method. Who knows...calling in tomorrow morning.

          not that many care, but I wanted to give an update. The matter was handled in a fast and professional manner and they have been generous for the misunderstanding.

            5 Dimes is not known for excellent customer service, but good to know. Solid out for US players.

              The person in chat made a pretty huge error. I really think Tony has one of CS reps running at least a dozen chat windows at a time. Twice, the person asked me what they could do for me, without already realizing that they were already working on my issue. Also, the person accidentally said they were processing a withdrawl with a method different than I what I had just requested. They realized their error and have handled it very professionally...so yah, much to do about nothing in the end, Thank GOD!

                  I think the CS there is okay. From my experience Tony is rough around the edges to a fault, but he seems to run a solid business.

                    My experience with 5 dimes CS was okay, but they were a little vague on some issues. Never had to deal with the Man who runs 5 dimes. But overall one of the best shops for US players imo.
