Yes he did start. You could've just looked it up before saying something so clearly wrong.

Not only did he start for that team, but he started for multiple teams during his career combining for several hundred starts.

You guys are correct. He played the fewest minutes of any starter in every game, as low as 17 in one of them. Looks like Horry got the majority of game minutes in the front court for the spurs. But he was a starter nonetheless.
