Everything else real bad

The contests wont really tell you who the best are. You might have people here giving great picks and analysis and not participating in the contests. The same if some one just participate in too many contests it will make it worthless because they only show the winning prizes. you may win 5 contest while being an overall loser if you add all the picks over time.

I would look at the number of trophies under a person's post that say "TOP SPORTSBOOK WINNER".

I don't really play in contests but sometimes I just look at the standings to see how people are doing...seems bill2266 is always near the top

It is a nice number but a sample of only 16 doesnt have much statistical value. Go to play roulette and start chasing blacks or reds after you have 7 in a row and you will how you lose sooner than you think. Luck make it hard to know who is bad or good. Probably the best way is to see the the analysis supporting the picks. This is about working hard and long hours, waiting for the line makers to slip. Or having a sample of at least 1000 picks.

What about the poster that put down 5k on a 20 team parlay and won 250k. He played that perfectly. His last pick was a huge favorite and he still won the max. Im gonna go with him.

#1 rule to gambling: Bankroll Management? I wouldnt trust that. Number one run is to win. 99 % of bettors dont even have bankroll, they bet what ever is left in the day to day salary, so the bankroll is unlimited, still 99% lose.
