Subtract the user # from $801 to get the user's "bankroll". To wit:

BigDog has $233 (BigDog = user# 568; $801-568 = $233)
Bill Dozer has $798 (Bill Dozer = user# 3; $801-3 = $798)
BuddyBear has $779 (BuddyBear = user# 22; $801-$22 = $798)
isetcap's girlfriend has $75 (isetcappa = user# 726 ; $801-726 = $75)
natrass has $553 (natrass = user# 248; $801-248 = $553)

Willie Bee = user# 832; $801-832=-$31

Hence Wilie Bee has -$31

I've actually shown this puzzle to a bunch of people over on my side of the computer. The universal opinion was rather negative. Even knowing what each picture represented it was still hard to piece together.
