You have 100k bankroll you buy in for 2k per session. You go on a bad streak and are down to 50k you buy in at lower stakes for 1k.

You're down to 10k you seriously take a look at ur game, change what or where ur playing, and buy in for 200 at lower stakes.

Get back up to 50k you start playing 1k buy ins again.

It aint that hard.
