Lots of people losing faith in this guy, a real fickle fan base because of the time and history since a championship, but I really like what Theo has done so far. I like that he didn't go out and try to retain Marshall or sign Ramirez when there was no use and just got rid of them and took the prospects and draft picks. I like that he is trying to restock with the farm with talent with the signing of the Cuban lefty a few months back and now Soler.
