Odds were +7.75 at 5D to get past LSU; oddsmakers were on to the Brook by then.

The line against UCLA should tell you how much stock books are putting in them. I don't see a single team in Omaha that they can't beat. Some would be tougher than others, but their hitting is as good as any in the CWS. Pitching will be the challenge when they go up against a big boy offense from Arizona or FSU [Sorry LSU, you were not this]. They can be hit, but just might out slug teams like they did in the Regionals. Will also be interesting to see how they respond to a ton of media attention.

Best hitting team in the CWS, imo. Since their top three starters pitch to contact, they couldn't ask to play in a better park. Goldstein and Jankowski cover a ton of ground in the OF. Omaha's TD Ameritrade Park dimensions are 335-375-408-375-335...

SB has as good a shot as anyone in the field, including the Gators considering they have to face SC's Roth Saturday night.
