Is it possible to file a complaint against a casino for their rewards system?
I consistantly gamble playing table games for 2-3 hours per session, I do not take comps, and this is the 2nd occation that i have had a reduction "reward" points for no reason. I do not take comps and do not use my reward card for anything else. Everytime I ask for an explanation I get the usual run around and it ends up being "sorry sir thats the way it goes" attitude from the manager.
is there a way to complain to the illinois state gaming commision?
