Background: I had to make a new 5dimes account (which one of their dumb ass customer service reps suggested) because my little brother MESSED AROUND with my old one and now i am no longer able to use the **** processor. They found out, and tried to confiscate funds. I told them to go f*** themselves, and pulled some FCC privacy law off google concerning international calls...the site is obligated to tell the consumer that the call is being recorded (in the same way, domestically, when you call your CC co. they have to state the automated message 'this call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes."). They do not inform you they are recording calls (this is what initially 'busted me'). Ironically, it freaked them out a bit and I somehow became in touch with "Tony" a scumbag who happens to be the overseeing general manager of 5dimes...as he so eloquently says, "on the top of the totem pole." If he is actually "running the 10 figure business" which 5dimes actually is (one of the biggest books out there), then this is golden. No part of this conversation has been tampered with.
