Does the regular season have any bearing on the postseason? No it doesn't. Garza is good, but inconsistent. He's one of those guys who can pitch really badly one day, and then no-hit a team the next.

even without the fact that something is up with him and he sucked against the Angels, Beckett had a season that was merely a little above average and was Boston's third best pitcher at best.

I really don't get the people that think Beckett would immediately turn into the same old Beckett once the playoffs rolled around.

This game has given me alot of stress. Top of the first inning I was going nuts, then the 3 home runs in one inning by the sox made me want to strangle someone. Glad TB has the lead again, just hope they don't blow it this time.
