They will be solid as always, but lines will be too biased in their favour.
I like Sens +130 at home tonight.

I'm not sure about Ottawa tonight, Alfredsson out and Gerber starting, he's overrated and was brutal in his first start last weekend

Probably would have done well fading yanks this year

if you faded NYY for the last 10 yrs.. you'd be up close to 140 units..

if you faded Lakers the last 7 or so years, you'd be up a lot

if you faded DET redwings the last 8 yrs, you'd be up.. but not much, but you'd be up..

basically, if you fade big name public teams, you will make money in the very long haul.. it's a proven fact..

              Nicky,

Is that a true statistic with the Yankees? Fukkin A's if it is.

We should all be rich by now.....

And yet you argue that the sports betting market is efficient...

I bet it is, think about how bad the Yanks have been the past couple years compared to normal. Fading the Braves in the postseason was probably profitable too

it's 100% true.. you'd be rich if you bet against yanks since the late 90's..

rjt, my stats have it at -140 units.. i went by a progressive line, which most books have, and at -150, it becomes a 15 cent line.. i am not even going by a 20 cent line here, which most here at sbr use.. imagine if we used a 20 cent line? might be close to -200+ units...

nobody has the patience to bet against a team all year long, sure its profitable on paper, but is it REALLY profitable? can anyone tell me that they bet against the yankees for every game this last season?

                            I dont think so...
