You have to understand football to get what I'm saying.

His scheme needs certain types of players.

ex. A fast mobile QB like Dennis Dixon or Pat White!
He need skinnier linemans to run the plays effective because of the scheme he run is specifically off of speed. Those two things i just named are HUGE! He dont have those things so he will struggle!
